RX France (formerly Reed Midem) confirmed today that biologist, wildlife filmmaker, podcaster and author Patrick Aryee will deliver a keynote at this year's MIPDoc (April 4-6).
Patrick hits the spring market after completing his latest project, Curiosity's groundbreaking six-part original documentary series Evolve, shot on 4 continents and packed with adventure, wildlife, stunning locations and forward thinking. Evolve takes a deep dive into the fascinating and emerging practice of biomimicry, where strategies from nature can be applied to today's challenges and potentially revolutionize our future.
Aryee's speech will draw on insights from this new exploration of evolution, along with insights gained over a decade of critically acclaimed factual projects for broadcasters such as National Geographic, Sky, BBC and Curiosity Stream, as well as his successful podcast and book 30 Animals That Made Us Smarter.
His keynote will close the first day of the MIPDoc international factual programming forum, presented for the first time in Miptv's main market at the Palais des Festivals (April 4-6).
